No returns, exchanges, or refunds

Please note that we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. This applies to both digital and physical goods. All purchases at Vera Brook Shop are final, except in extraordinary circumstances as described below.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at verabrook1@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
